Banana blueberry overnight oats

Ingredients

2 cups (500 mL) large-flake oats
1/4 cup (60 mL) chia seeds
1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped toasted walnuts
2 tbsp (30 mL) honey, divided
1/4 tsp (1 mL) ground cinnamon
4 cups (1 L) Rice Dream Original Unsweetened
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup (250 mL) blueberries

Directions

1. Add 1/4 cup (60 mL) oats to four 2-cup (500 mL) Mason jars. Add 1 tbsp (15 mL) chia seeds, 1/4 cup (60 mL) oats, 1 tbsp (15 mL) walnuts and 1 tsp (5 mL) honey to each Mason jar; sprinkle with cinnamon.

2. Divide Rice Dream beverage among Mason jars. Seal jars and shake to combine. Refrigerate overnight.

3. To serve, add banana slices and blueberries. Drizzle with remaining honey.

Tips

For an Omega-3 boost, add 1 tsp (5 mL) flaxseed oil to each serving.
