With chia and flax, this healthy and delicious smoothie makes a quick and easy grab-and-go breakfast.
1 cup (250 mL) Europe’s Best® Banana and Berries
3/4 cup (175 mL) Almond Dream® Dairy Free Bevrage
1 tbsp (15 mL) MaraNatha™ Smooth Almond Butter
1 tbsp (15 mL) chia seeds
1 tbsp (15 mL) flax meal
2 tsp (10 mL) honey
In blender, combine fruit, almond beverage, almond butter, chia seeds, flax meal and honey. Purée until smooth.
Tip: Substitute flax oil for flax meal if desired.
