1 cup (250 mL) Europe’s Best® Banana and Berries3/4 cup (175 mL) Almond Dream® Dairy Free Bevrage1 tbsp (15 mL) MaraNatha™ Smooth Almond Butter1 tbsp (15 mL) chia seeds1 tbsp (15 mL) flax meal2 tsp (10 mL) honey
In blender, combine fruit, almond beverage, almond butter, chia seeds, flax meal and honey. Purée until smooth.
Tip: Substitute flax oil for flax meal if desired.
