The addition of whole-grain oats makes this a filling breakfast smoothie.

3/4 cup (175 mL) Oat Dream® Dairy Free Beverage
1/2 cup (125 mL) Europe’s Best® Wild Woodland Blueberries
1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
2 tbsp (30 mL) instant oats
1 tsp (5 mL) honey


In blender, combine Oat Dream®, blueberries, banana, oats and honey. Purée until smooth.
