- 2 cups (500 mL) Rice Dream
- 2 cups (500 mL) Europe’s Best Fruit Essentials Berry Cherry Medley
- 1 cup (250 mL) chopped cooked beets
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) granola
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) toasted slivered almonds
- In blender, purée rice beverage, frozen berry mixture and beets until smooth. Divide evenly among 4 bowls.
- Toppings: Top each bowl with strawberries, raspberries, granola and slivered almonds.
Use your favourite toppings, such as toasted coconut, fresh blueberries and other chopped nuts if desired.
